  • Controllable synthesis of 2D materials (such as MoS2, WS2, ReS2, etc.) via chemical vapor deposition
  • Morphological characterization with atomic force microscopy 
  • Fabrication of devices (such as field effect transistors and photodetectors) based on 2D materials through electron beam lithography and thermal evaporation deposition 
  • Electrical characterization with semiconductor parameter analyzer
